  We are delighted to offer José y Miguel Martín’s luxurious Pedro Ximénez seasoned sherry hogsheads. These American oak casks are seasoned for two years with Pedro Ximénez sherry, which is made from naturally sweet grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are sun-dried, intensifying their sugars and developing a deeply rich and intensely flavored sherry.

  Annandale’s spirit matured in these Pedro Ximénez casks is expected to develop hints of dates and raisins, with an undertone of light cinnamon spice, dark chocolate, caramel, and honey. Additional layers of coffee and demerara sugar blend seamlessly with the fruity backbone of Annandale’s new-make spirit, creating a whisky of exceptional depth and indulgence.
