Established in 1795, Jim Beam has been producing bourbon for over 225 years and is one of the oldest family-run distilleries in America.
Jim Beam follows a traditional bourbon mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, resulting in a balanced, slightly sweet whiskey with subtle hints of spice. The spirit is aged in American white oak barrels for at least four years.
These casks will develop a whisky with notes of toffee, honey, and a touch of spice, with layers of vanilla and coconut increasing with time, beautifully balanced with and complemented by our orchard fruit distillery character, resulting in a classic fresh ex-bournon cask matured whisky.
