Oz Tyler employs a patented maturation process that uses ultrasonic technology to remove impurities while enhancing flavor. This results in a rich, high-quality, and cleaner-tasting bourbon, delivering all the classic vanilla notes expected from a bourbon cask but without the stronger tannins.
Annandale’s new-make spirit matured in Oz Tyler casks is expected to have a clean, fruit-forward core, complemented by layers of sweet bourboun flavors and a mild cask influence. Expect a smooth, elegant whisky with caramel, vanilla, and subtle spice, all beautifully balanced by Annandale’s delicate malty character.
